Tips on how to retrieve your document
We are currently investigating why this might have happened to you. Please try the following tips to help recover your document:
1) If you have created your document and then paid for it, please only reset your password once.
2) Try logging out of your account and back in to see if your document is listed under your documents tab in your account.
3) Try going back into your browser history to find the URL of the document and save it again from that location.
If none of these tips work, please contact us at support@formswift.com with the following information so we can look into this issue further for you:

2) Did you pay before you created your document or did you pay after your document was created? What happened when your document disappeared?
