Our w2/1099 forms are form fillable, which means that you can edit them within Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is why you might see the form as blank when printed from your preferred PDF reader, below is a set of instructions on downloading and saving a copy of the form to print.
We suggest that you use the Chrome browser as you can open the downloaded file within your browser.
Please download your tax form from your documents page in your Formswift account, which you can reach by following this link https://formswift.com/myDocuments.php
If you are already using Chrome, once downloaded, you will see a set of green arrows pointing to the downloaded file click the grey box with the download document that pops up at the bottom left of the screen.
This will open the document file in your browser, as seen in the next image.
Once the form is opened in your web browser, click the printer icon
Change the printer option to "Save as PDF", as shown in the image below
then click the print button, rename the copy of the form and this will save and set all fields with the data entered originally.
