IRS Warning regarding the red forms
We understand that you have some concerns regarding our red forms.
The disclaimer in the form is referring to Copy A and uses a special type of scannable ink, so it cannot be downloaded online. A physical copy of this form will need to be mailed in directly to the IRS.
To obtain this form, you can order it directly from the IRS by calling 1-800-Tax-Form or through an office supply store. You can, however, print off the white forms in the file and send them to your contractors or employees.
