1. How can I access my personal data?
You can access the files you create and upload to your FormSwift account in My Documents. For information about your account, simply log in to your account page. Here you can find the email address and name (optional) associated with your account.
To submit a data access request:
- As a FormSwift user, please sign into your account and complete these steps.
- If you are not a FormSwift user, fill out this form.
If you have used FormSwift's e-filing feature to submit 1099-Misc and W-2 forms please also follow the instructions provided here on how to request a copy of your information through FormSwift's e-filing partner, Nelco Solutions.
2. How do I request deletion of my personal data?
You can request that we stop, limit our use of, or delete your personal data in certain circumstances—for example, if we have no lawful basis to keep using your data, or if you think your personal data is inaccurate.
You can also choose not to receive marketing messages from us. You can click the Unsubscribe link in any categories of emails you no longer want to receive.
If your account information is inaccurate, you can update it at any time by signing in to your account and going to your account page.
If you believe that Dropbox has no lawful basis for using your personal data, believe there are other inaccuracies in your personal data, or wish to object to the use of your personal data, please let us know by contacting us at privacy@dropbox.com and we’ll look into it.
If you are a FormSwift user:
- To delete a file you uploaded:
- Log in to formswift.com.
- Click the trash can icon to the far right of the file.
- Click Confirm to delete the file.
- To delete your FormSwift account, content, and personal data, please sign into your account and complete these steps.
If you are not a FormSwift user:
To request that your personal data be deleted, please fill out this form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
