Intructions on how to determine if your tax forms were successfully filed
When you file your forms and pay the E-file fee(s), our E-file company sends you a confirmation email that your forms were submitted successfully. (Please check your spam folder if you do not see this confirmation email in your inbox.)
If you received no confirmation email, then you can log back into your Formswift account, open one of your tax forms, and click on the E-file button in the upper right hand side of the page. This will take you back into the E-file portal.
From there, you can click on filing home at the top of the page, then click on form filing history. If your forms were filed correctly, you should see them listed in that screen.
