FormSwift Emails FAQ

1. Why am I receiving marketing emails?

You are receiving marketing emails because you subscribed to FormSwift's mailing list - usually as a part of the account creation process. We use these emails to inform you about new products, special offers, and other relevant information to you.

2. How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Email: Go to your inbox and open the marketing email you received.
  2. Find the Unsubscribe Link: Scroll to the bottom of the email. You should see an “Unsubscribe” link.
  3. Click the Unsubscribe Link: Click on the link, which will take you to a page to confirm this is done.

3. What should I do if there is no unsubscribe link?

If you cannot find an unsubscribe link, it is likely because that particular email is considered mandatory to send. The most common emails that fall into this category tend to be about your subscription billing, updating you on when your charge may be due next. Less commonly, company policy and terms of service updates will also fall into this category.

4. Why am I still receiving emails after unsubscribing?

There are a few reasons you might still receive emails after unsubscribing:

  • Different Email Address: Make sure you are unsubscribing with the same email address that receives the marketing emails.
  • Technical Issues: There might be an issue with the unsubscription process. Contact the FormSwift support for assistance if the problem persists.
  • Mandatory Emails: As mentioned above, some emails are categorized as mandatory and are required for FormSwift to notify its customers. This includes all information regarding your transaction with FormSwift as well as important changes that may be happening.
