The formatting of the text, within your form, could be causing an error when you try to Efile.
The Efile errors you are experiencing could be due to special characters (i.e. dashes, comma’s, periods, etc) located in the text that you entered into the form. All of these special characters must be removed in order to E-file. Please note that if you are copying & pasting information, sometimes special characters can be copied and that may cause the same issue.
If you are still experiencing errors, it could also be caused by spaces within the text, so please make sure to remove any extra spaces in the name or address lines.
